Plum is the first appliance to fully automate the preserving and serving of wine - just as the winemaker intended. Simply drop in most 750ml bottles of wine with standard and composite cork or Stelvin screw caps, and Plum takes care of the rest - automatically identifying the wine, setting the perfect serving temperature, cooling each bottle individually, and extracting the wine one glass at a time. Plum uses a patented dual-core motorized needle that lasts through enjoying 500 bottles per chamber. The needle pierces the foil and closure so the wine stays fresh, and you can enjoy your wine collection on your terms.
